These are the four components that make up a member’s kitchen plan.
Members have their choice of tables, which can be booked at any time for any duration. Workstations, once reserved, are for the sole use of the member and is not shared with another business.
Personal storage space is available for pantry, fridge and freezer
For those just starting out, a plan will be made up of a few hours a month in the kitchen, a shelf of Dry storage and a shelf of Cold storage. The cost of this is determined by the number of workstations they require, the type of appliance needed and the amount of storage space they want. Its all within the control of the member. They can change any or all of these components at any time
**Unit of Storage = 4 cubic feet = 1 shelf

For more experienced members, they can restructure hours and storage to find the best fit for their needs. Personal stations, fixed plans with no time limitations, are some of the possibilities when structuring a kitchen plan. Discounts are applied as plans increase in usage and storage.
